About: The Whittington Hospital

I walked in with what turned out to be a non-serious head injury, several hours after it occurred, but the staff dealt with me very professionally and as quickly as they reasonably could. Some of the other patients were giving the staff quite a hard time, and I was impressed by their resilience and courtesy under difficult circumstances. I was kept informed of what was going on in a very reassuring way, and felt I had an appropriate degree of control over what happened to me while I was at the hospital.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are very pleased to hear that you had a good experience and that you were kept informed and dealt with by professional staff. One of our objectives is “no decision about me without me” so it is particularly reassuring to know that you felt you had an appropriate degree of control over what was happening to you. Again thank you for the lovely compliments which have been shared with our staff.
