I was sent to see Dr Schroff to have a mole removed. He explained everything to me and was very polite and helpful. I was really pleased with how quickly he performed the procedures. I was a little concerned that it may leave a nasty scar on my shoulder, but I am over the moon with the result - you can barely see any scarring at all. The procedure itself was painless, quick and actually quite pleasant. I have to say a big thank you to Dr Schroff and all the staff at Keyworth medical centre. They were all so helpful, polite, and efficient.
