"Staff are amazing"

The staff on the Phoenix unit go above and beyond for me and everyone around me. They genuinely care and are very cheerful even though you can see how stretched they are at all times. They seem to have to do everything, like run to pharmacy, make teas and coffee and even mix all the drugs up!! But they do it with a smile on their face. They truly are angels. The professionalism is from the receptionist when you walk in to the cleaners and the fab volunteer. Well done everyone, you are doing a great job.
