"Breast surgery dept Pilgrim Hospital"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Breast surgery

(as the patient),

A calm and supportive unit at a stressful time. All staff very kind, Mr Alaa Abdel-Rahman particularly reassuring.

I felt he had all the time I needed for him to speak to me as he explained what was happening. He has a very easy manner, very approachable and he made what could have been a difficult time much more bearable.

All staff carrying out scans and mammograms also friendly, supportive and respectful as were nursing and reception staff. I felt my health was in good hands and cannot praise this department highly enough.
