I was in for major surgery this week and I was dreading it to be honest! I cannot speak highly enough of the staff on both Wards; All the staff on Ward 11 and Ward 31 Bay 4, who were so kind and took time to reassure all the patients; nothing was too much trouble. Lovely friendly atmosphere on Ward 31; both were spotlessly clean! Thank you for making a difficult time much easier.
