"Professional, kind and compassionate service"

I have had several treatments at ChelWest recently and have been treated with exemplary kindness and respect. I was initially sceptical about entry into a health system in a new country, and the ChelWest staff convinced me withtheir expertise, their professional approach, as well as their humanity and utmost respect for the patient's dignity. I was faced withe several distressing situations and they were alleviated by staff who couldn't have been more helpful, both in explaining the situation as well as in finding a solution. What sometimes is a challenge is NHS administration and process, but that is independent of the hospital itself and in the end doesn't interfere with the service. I would like to highlight the services of the Gynaecology team, the MRI team, and the colonoscopy team.
