(as the patient),

I have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. My doctor referred me to the Community Matron, Emma Pringle, who is based at Ormskirk. She keeps a record of my medication for me and helps to keep me in order. She's good at her job and I feel confident in her. It's a very good service that I couldn't do without.

The comments that you have made about the Community Matron service in Central Lancashire are much appreciated. In particular, you quite clearly value the service provided to you by Emma.
