Community matron Sara at NHS Central Lancs is lovely. She keeps me out of hospital and she saves me from having to go to the doctor. It's a pity there aren't more like them. She's just like a friend to me. It's just wonderful!

Thank you for posting your feedback about the community matron service in Central Lancashire.

You say that the help and support you receive from Sara helps you to stay out of hospital. One of the aims of the Community Matron Service is to reduce admissions to hospital by helping patients to manage their long term conditions.

It is obvious from your comments that you really value the service that Sara provides.
