"ankle injury"

I arrived at 3.15 pm BankHol afternoon it was busy but eefficient staffing levels kept a good flow of patients ..I was told there was 9 people before me but they had 5 doctors on duty excellent standard and was treated stayed within 3 hours doc told me ankle not broken and follow up with a pysio appoint!end but still waiting 6 days later swelling gone down but can't get through when I ring 😷
