What I liked

My Mother passed away in Arrowe Park Hospital and the care she received and the end of her life was excellent

What could be improved

The Breavement Office where telling us they where very busy and had 30 deaths that weekend. Sorry we did not wish to know that and where only concerned about getting my mothers documents sorted. Perhaps training is needed.

Anything else?

You can only make a decision on a hospital about how you or your famiy have been treated not other peoples.
