Visited outpatient department, lovely new airey building. Few teething problems - self check, parking, seating, computers. Got seen quickly and diabetic team very efficient despite bugs in the system.

Dear Anonymous – I am grateful for your kind comments about the new Brunel Building at Southmead Hospital. Thank you for your patience while the services adjust to the new environment. I was pleased to learn that staff in the Diabetic Medicine department were helpful and efficient and were able to work around any problems to provide the care you needed.
