"Bilateral hip replacement"

About: Manor Hospital

I had both hips replaced on May 1st 2014. On arriving at the hospital I was very nervous. In fact I was frightened. The nurses and staff were fantastic in putting me at ease with the procedure I was undergoing, after my surgery, which was very successful, I was treated with excellent care. On ward 20a the nurses were absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and no matter how undignified things I went through were I was never made to feel embarrassed or disgraced! I would recommend this hospital too anyone, I know all hospitals get good and bad press but I certainly can not fault this hospital and especially ward 20a.

Thank you very much for your positive note. It is always useful to receive any feedback which we can share with our teams to help us continue to deliver a good service for our patients. We will ensure your kind words are passed onto the staff on Ward 20a and wish you a good recovery.
