I had an ENT appointment on 29 April. I was told to make a further appointment 8 months later at the main reception. I did so and was told a new appointment would be sent to me. Three weeks later I have received nothing. I tried to contact someone at ENT appointments to chase it up and found it impossible to get through. The automated answer system on 315000 is a joke! It kept putting me through to a fax line. When I eventually found a way through the tortuous system to ENT appointments it just rang and rang with no answer. Dreadful service and a frustrating lack of concern for patients. Obviously replacing people with automation may save money, but is almost useless. alan walsh
