"Care post Op"

My daughter recently had a spinal fusion for scoliosis and was looked after on the children's HDU and the Adolescent unit at Stanmore Royal orthopaedic hospital. The care by the whole team was absolutely fantastic and I can't commend them enough. The Children's HDU has only been opened 8 months so it was pristine and had all the facilities required. The nursing care was brilliant although my daughter was only there for one night. She was then transferred to the Adolescent unit where she was in a 6 bedded bay, the nursing care was again superb and I was really impressed. The physios, OT and Drs were also outstanding, I would definitely recommend the hospital to everyone I know.
