I had a fall and injured my ribs on Sunday, I attended A&E on Monday lunchtime and was dealt with in triage, and I would like to say that the way the nurse dealt with me was first class! I would like her superiors to know how grateful I am of the way I was treated, she was very professional and made me feel at ease even with the pain I was in. She is a credit to the hospital and people are quick to complain not compliment when they have to have a visit to the Hospital! I would appreciate a reply that this email gets to the right person it needs to so she is commended! Again, thankyou 10 out of 10

Dear Anonymous I am sorry to hear that you had a fall and had to attend our Emergency Department but thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. It is always encouraging to the staff when they receive such positive feedback. All feedback is shared with departments to inform and improve the services we provide. Once the lead nurse has checked the roster she will be able to pass on you comment to the individual you have highlighted.
