"the physio therapy team were very ..."

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

(as the patient),

What I liked

the physio therapy team were very nice and the staff that were involved in my mri were also very good

What could be improved

my issue is that i had to ask for a year and a half before i was referred to neurology despite having a constant headache, and having passed out and gone to a&e where the could not diagnose the problem. it was only after i said i would go privately that i got referred.

i had my scan in late sept last year, after waiting 3 weeks as instucted i phoned for my results and was told they had not yet been recieved and that i would recieve a phone call from the doctor. i waited a further two weeks and phoned again, i spoke to the secretary who said my results were ok and i would recieve a letter confirming as such, i have yet to recieve a letter of a phone call. despite working actually for the nhs and them being aware of that. i've given up with trying to get answers, i'm a young woman so all they will tell is i'm stressed and will not investigate! i had to get my eyes checked myself after a year and recieved no check from the doctors on my ears of balance despite my added dizzy spells. what i have recieved has been good its what i haven't. i've decided that as it doesn't effect me too badly i can still work though in pain, which occasionly effects my enjoyment of going out, so as such has become rarer, i'm just going to live with it. they decided what it is and because i don't want there anti depressants they have not bothered.
