"Amazing care given on a busy day in a and e"

I came in to a and e with a suspected broken foot. Not a priority I'm sure but I was seen quickly, even though the wating room was full. Staff were kind, friendly, caring and concerned. They were happy to help me get around, and all staff asked me if I had someone coming to take care of me. I was fully informed at all stages of my treatment, and honestly have so much respect for all staff I met today- so kind and patient and made me feel I was important, though I'm sure they had so many more difficult cases to deal with- I could not do their difficult job! I had my baby at N and N and really cannot recommend it enough. Amazing people. Thank you so much.
