"the domestics and portering staff ..."

About: Guy's Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

the domestics and portering staff i saw and spoke to were the true professionals. They were very helpful when asking directions to the VERY limited refeshment facilities. For example i wanted to post a letter and they directed me down a corridor to the postroom. On my arrival at the Postroom i was greated by the most friendly postroom staff i have every met. They were so helpful, professional, friendly they even made me a visitor laugh with their banter. My letter arrived the following day even though i used a 2nd class stamp...wow my main post office isn't that good

or as much fun when posting a letter.

What could be improved

Better signs that are colour coded with voice directions for blind people.

more parking facilities for staff & visitors.

No Congestion charge for all staff & visitors.

More choice of food outlets that are realistic prices not like the cake shop in the main part of the reception example £1.50 for a cup of tea.Big joke...

great maze restuarant opened longer.

Anything else?

i would like to see more bt phones available,as a pensioner i am not used to mobile phones,so access to payphones when out visiting friends in hospital.
