Nothing at all
What could be improved
the nurses are under pressure and it shows... they have been down right rude bordering abuse to my elderly mother, we are so worried about the lack of care, she is not getting help with basic needs, we are now paying someone to help her eat and take her meds. It's a nightmare and not what you want for your Mum. The chest hosp is great at bypasses but the basic care for elderly patients is absolutely abysml.
If you read this please say a prayer for my Mum - we are that worried.
Anything else?
Scared to complain as when this was done previously my Mum's treatment from nurses deteriorated rather than improved.
