Had an awful experience at Wick maternity, At Raigmore, the staff I encountered are kind, helpful and cannot do enough to help you.

I am so very sorry to hear about your awful experience at Wick maternity. This is very concerning and something we would really like to look into. to make sure we learn from your feed-back and make improvements.

I have been in touch with Mary Burnside who is our lead mid-wife for the area and Bob Silverwood, the Area Manager, to let them have your feed-back. They would be keen to speak or meet with you if you would find that helpful.

I will also pass on your kind feed-back about Raigmore to Angela Watt who is the lead nurse for maternity.

I see my earlier response has not been helpful to you. I am so sorry about that.

Heidi May our Director of Nursing has also read your posting. Would it help if you spoke to Heidi or our CEO Elaine Mead?

Hi there thank you for your reply.

I have already had meetings with Mary Burnside about my issues. I found her helpful and she listened to my concerns, but nothing can change my experience and how I was made to feel during my stay at Wick maternity unit. The only people who can change anything is the staff in the unit.
