(as the patient),

All the carers that came were very pleasant, helpful and supportive. They made sure I was safely secured in my home at night.

Always made sure I had something to eat and drink, if I was stuck with making my own sandwich etc they made something for me.

I just wish it could still be the IRIS team that still attended for me.
