(as the patient),

Come in sad and finish course sad, because my problems are still ongoing.

IM has helped with her advice and understanding, but that is only sometimes. I still need help for my ongoing depression and trauma.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It sounds as though you found your therapy helpful but that you are still struggling with depression. I'm wondering if your therapist talked with you about ways of coping with your on-going difficulties.
