"Treatment at A&E of my 88 year old mother"

Mum was taken by ambulance to A&E today and from what I understand she received the very best of treatment. The staff were great and checked on her and ensured she had something to eat and drink and also arranged transport home for her. I live over a 100 miles away so it was lovely to know she was in good hands. Thank you so much. It is so easy to ignore the elderly and regard them as being a nuisance.
