"They treat my sister with Crohn's terribly"

About: University Hospital Aintree

They are unwilling to help, sympathise or see the serious nature of her illness. She is only 21 and they never take into account that she is scared and nervous. The nurses are so unprofessional, unhelpful and flippant. The toilets when she has stayed in hospital are filthy. They never acknowledge any complaint wither or try to rectify any mistakes.
