Visited today, was seen by Charlie and Julie, both were very honest with me regarding procedure, very professional. Answered all my questions, shared a few jokes, all in all a very positive experience (except for the pain).

Look forward to our next meeting, keep up the good work and positive attitude.

Our highly trained staff are aware that the procedure you received is sometimes painful so try to make it as relaxing and comforting for patients as possible whilst retaining their professionalism.
