"Poor service"

About: Ellesmere Port Hospital

A relative of mine has had great discomfort as the incompetent staff are unable to undress them properly before shoving them into their bed (more of a pit). Extremely unsatisfied, would avoid at all costs, would rather lie on the street, would be more comfortable.

We may need to contact your relative to obtain their consent before we can look into your concerns.
