"Wheels festival, Paramedic station, amazing service"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Out-of-hours general practice

(as the patient),

I was hobbling past the station, when I saw Paul, one of the Medics. I asked if he knew where to gets some out of hours medical assistants, being a bank holiday Monday I was not hopeful, however Paul was not only extremely friendly, but immediately went about trying to get me an appointment at the drop in clinic at Bournemouth General. The Doctor then called me back around 20 minutes later and discussed my symptoms with me. He then told me he would email my prescription to my local superstore for me to collect. My faith in the NHS has been shaken slightly over the years, but this whole experience has gone a long way to restore it. Thank you everyone,
