"Excellent"

I'm 19 and was taken by 999 call due to severe breathlessness and chest pain. From paramedics to the discharge, I was treated with kindness, dignity and compassion as well as feeling completely informed about my condition. The doctor, nurses, health care assistants and clinical aides who all treated me were fantastic and I felt well looked after and reassured that I was in the best care. When I was seen, it was a thorough and in detailed examination and I felt as if I was important and wasn't a nuisance. I had a really good experience- as good as it could be being so ill- would feel happy to recommend the hospital and its staff to anyone.
