"blood test"

I visited king georges blood test section on monday 19th may 2014 at approx 12.50pm. Took a ticket and sat down. Approx waiting time was 3 hours. Very slow. When I arrived there were at least 3-4 staff nurses taking blood then after 12 there was only one staff member which was appalling. I have a disabled son who I had to take with me and him waiting 3 hours is not good. I donthave anywhere else to leave him. When I finally did get my turn staff were not happy at all. No hello and no bye. Just in such a rush to take my blood. Time was around 3.15pm and that nurse had just removed the number tickets leaving a note there saying something to do with short staffage and come back tomorrow-this is not right especially if its open until 4 /5pm I think? The nurse was in such a rush she didnt take the right blood sample or not enough so now I have to go again and im quite annoyed at this as that will be another 3 hours of wasted time and no staff. My first impressions of this hospital is appalling. There is no info as to where else we can go locally for blood tests.
