"A and E on a Friday night"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Ended up at A and E with my four year old son as he had broken his arm. Disgusted with having to wait five hours to be seen- the waiting room is far too small to accomadate anyone comfortably and was not made aware of the childrens area. As you can imagine A and E late on a Friday night is not the place for a child. Saw the GP after a four and a half hour wait at 1am only for him not to have looked at my sons X-Ray before seeing him and felt his arm making him cry in pain again.
