"matter out of place"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

I have being sitting here in the waiting room looking at a mess on the floor. From where I sit part of the matter looks similar to rat feces or goats marbles biscuits and plastic litter with it. Are cleaners and staff unable to shower the area. I have now spent forty minutes in observance. Will give further repor later.
