"West Wing Stroke clinic"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

I spent over 5 hours at the QE on Friday with my mother who had suffered three TIAs. Every member of staff with whom we had contact was unfailingly helpful, pleasant and cheerful. The consultant was kind, clear and efficient as was the lady who had phoned to make the appointment, the nurse at the desk, the person operating the ct scans and the ultrasound person. I'm sorry I did not note all their names. All the tests were done on the same day with little waiting. The longest wait was for blood tests but the department was extremely busy so a 50 minute wait was not unreasonable. Th ank you to everyone.
