We're very alarmed to read your feedback about staff in cardiology at the Conquest Hospital. As a Trust we are committed to providing the highest quality of service and care to our patients, this includes involving patients in decisions about their care and treatment, however, this is clearly not what you describe. We would like to assure you that all comments are taken seriously and acted upon as part of our ongoing commitment to improving people’s experience. Your posting has therefore been forwarded to the General Manager for Cardiology, Lead Clinician and Associate Director of Nursing. As your feedback is anonymous, it will also be discussed at our next Patient Experience Champion meeting where we continually review positive and negative feedback in order to make improvements or share good practice. In the meantime, if you have any queries or concerns, we would urge you to contact the Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) who are always happy to look into individual patient concerns. PALS can liaise with Trust staff on your behalf and make enquiries to help resolve queries and concerns.
