Actually it is worse than that. I was given an appointment for next Wednesday. Four weeks ago I was told that they needed to reschedule it and would be in touch with my new date. I chased and chased and got nowhere. Today I just got a note telling me to log in and make an appointment - back of the queue again. No-one cares. Just a big monolith.

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is sorry to read of your experience. It sounds as if your GP referred you for an appointment via the Choose & Book system that is not part of the Trust. In April the Trust transfered to a new electronic patient system. We had to reduce out patient clinics and GPs were asked not to use Choose & Book during that period.
