"neck shoulder and spine/chronic pain"

I feel I am not getting the treatment I need, ive been sent once again too physio. the drs dont seem too realise i am in to much pain in fact chronic pain, I have been to physio over and over again, I know for a fact I have bone spur digging into my tendon under my arm, I had xrays done, couple of years ago. The doctor showed me on her monitor where this spur was, and thought I needed keyhole surgery, which was never done. all I know is the pain I feel. stops me doing every day things, im in sheer agony 24/7, I dont who, or what to turn to. I wait and wait to get seen too, in the mean time feel so ill with pain, pills dont seem to help neither do, injections
