"Lack of communication"

Unfortunately I have to attend dental hospital for invasive work due to certain health aspects I turned up at the emergency dental clinic this morning as requested , waited an hour and a half only to be turned away as they would not see me and said I had to see my own dentist , who referred me to hospital in the first place as she could not treat me . What a farce what are you supposed to do when in pain etc and because I'm an honest person it didn't work in my favour , no wonder A and E Depts are full of non emergencies if you can't get seen in the correct ones . Absolutely fuming and in pain I could go on but I'm sure you get the gist of it . Disappointed to say the least leeds clinic you need to listen what people are telling you and communicate between your depts better . You knew my situation , shocking
