What I liked

I was admitted to the A & E Department on 22nd December 2008 suffering from a heart attack. The treatment I received was nothing short of excellent. The staff were competent and professional and I feel sure that their prompt care most likely saved my life. My partner, who was not with me at the time, would like to add that she and my son-in-law was also treated with respect and kindness. She gives particular praise for the receptionist in A & E, the docter and the car parking staff. I was at the hospital collecting boxes and had to leave my van there.

There seemed to be so many people involved and as I was only there a short time before I was moved to Blackpool Victoria Hospital. I would like to thank them all for the care I received. I am now well and recovering at home.
