This is the first time I have had to attend an ENT consultation. The whole process was very well managed which culminated in a sympathetic and informed consultation . Whilst no one would choose to have to attend hospital if is is necessary then the be assured that the service delivered across the board at Chester le street hospital was of a very high order. Thank you to all concerned.
