"Filthy A&E, Rude Nurses but great doctors"

About: The Royal London Hospital

Went to the A&E department last night and felt overall very unsatisfied with the service. Firstly when arriving at the hospital I was "greeted" and I use that term in the loosest sense as they possibly had one of the worst attitudes I've come across. Once inside the A&E department I was told to sit in a waiting room, which is understandable, however there was blood on the floor by the seats. When attempting to tell someone working there that there was blood on the floor, I was advised that I was holding up everyone else's waiting time by bothering the nurses. This was despite the fact that they made me wait to speak to them for about 2 minutes whilst they shared a joke. The cleaner came round twice after that but the blood was still on the floor when I left. The saving grace was the doctor, who was professional throughout, came across well and seemed genuine. I can not fault anything he did.
