"Maternity service failed our family"

Watching with interest the reports on todays news regarding hospitals sending patients home in the night. My Daughter was sent home from the ward in late labour in the middle of the night from an empty ward. The Midwife did not listen to her or her partner and sent them home. Not long after they were readmitted but baby had died. The whole family are devastated. Midwives are not listening. What has happened to this hospital?
