In January we were told that our daughter's test results would be ready after 4-6 weeks. It is now approaching the end of May and we are still waiting for the most important result. As parents we feel as though we have no control over the situation. We are being left in darkness with no where to turn. We have tried to communicate with various staff but we are now being made to feel as though we are simply a nuisance.
