"I can hardly imagine a better service"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square

I have been a patient registered at this hospital just over a year for MS. My condition is still at an early stage but the help I have already been provided with is really outstanding - I've seen the consultant four times already; been in touch with nurses attached to the service who have been extraordinarily helpful. All staff, including the ancillary workers, have been considerate and tremendously helpful. It's a very busy hospital but a very efficient one. Nearly all of my appointments - with the consultant, with OH and OT and for initial tests - have been dead on time. I've been very helpfully and quickly accommodated when I was a little late!
