"very poor post op care."

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

my husband had a kidney transplant in February , care he received on 9a was excellent. however since his op his aftercare has been terrible and steadily getting worse. he has fluid round his kidney which needs draining . he needs a scan which has been ordered 3 times by different doctors only to be told someone unknown person has cancelled it. today in clinic it has to be reordered for the 4th time by yet another doctor. this is unacceptable. this has been going on for several weeks , after such a major operation you would think the doctors and staff would be a bit more caring and professional.
