After my broken/dislocated shoulder had healed sufficiently, I started physiotherapy and a few hydrotherapy sessions as an out-patient in October 2013. Staff at reception always greeted me with a smile. I had the same physiotherapist for all my sessions, which was great for continuity. It is thanks to her excellent treatment that I made great progress with my recovery. I now have at least 90 percent mobility. She is very encouraging and motivating, inspiring me to do my exercises. She is an asset to the department. Keep up the good work. I wrote a thank you letter to St George's Hospital earlier this month
