"Gartnavel General Respiratory Outpatient Clinic is a credit to the NHS"

About: Western Infirmary/Gartnavel General / General Medicine

(as the patient),

I am attending the respiratory outpatient clinic to receive treatment for sensitivity to bee stings. This treatment has required me to visit the clinic monthly for almost 2 years. I am writing in to thank the staff and to commend them for their commitment and professionalism. In particular Sister Julie and Staff Nurses Bernie and Bryan have shown consistent courtesy and care for which I am most grateful. They are a credit to the NHS.
