Came in for my Laprascopic hysterectomy 7 weeks ago and the care was outstanding. My Nurses who looked after me through the night made sure my night was comfortable and my observations were taken on the hour every hour even though it was clear they were very busy.
There was a confused lady next to me who kept shouting and the HCA Abigail came in to me frequently to assure me everything was ok and even provided me with ear plugs as she could tell I was not getting the rest I needed.
The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much to ask. The only thing that was missing was more staff, the nurses were all run off their feet bless them but it was nice to see that they were still smiling. These nurses are a credit to RCHT.
