(as the patient),

Free parking, a pleasant modern building, my appointment was exactly on time with no waiting. A good start.

I was given a good examination by Mr Kirkshaw and his consultant who explained what was the cause of the problem.

I was then asked if I wouldn’t mind waiting for a few minutes while Mr Kirkshaw made an insole for my left shoe which fitted perfectly. It solved the discomfort immediately.

An excellent friendly service. The NHS at its best. Well done.
