Thank you for taking the time to post your kind comments on NHS choices which have been shared with the staff involved in your wife’s care. The staff were very grateful to receive the very positive feedback as they do endeavour to provide high standards of care for their patients. We were particularly pleased to hear that you and your wife felt that you were kept fully informed during her stay with us at the Freeman Hospital as the staff place a high priority on effective communication with the patients and their families.
