I would like to record my thanks to all the staff who helped me in a recent visit to A&E.on the 14th May. I would particularly like to thank the radiographer who took the X-rays and the doctor who explained the results of the X-rays for the way they took the trouble to treat me as someone with a problem which they could help me and not just .the next patient in the queue.
