"A fat free diet but no fat free menu option?"

About: Royal Free Hospital

A number of patients in the Royal Free are on fat free diets as they are not absorbing fat. It is not a faddy lose weight choice but they just can not eat any fat. What arangements,if any, are in place in your hospital for such patients wellbeing?
